Return & Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges and returns within 30 days of purchase for items in like-new condition, unworn and with return shipping at the buyer's expense. Please email us to confirm your return shipment. Digital Products, Gift Cards, and Custom Orders are final sale.

For returns, please email us at radioborn.com@gmail.com to initiate the process. If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. If you find any defects, damages, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and ensure it is resolved.

Exchanges

For a quick exchange, return the item you have. Once the return is approved, simply purchase the new item separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about its approval status. If approved, you'll receive a refund to your original payment method, minus shipping costs and a restocking fee of $5 or 10%, whichever is greater. Please note that banks or credit card companies may require additional time to process the refund.
